Veolia ANZ is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to join our highly motivated and driven team at the Northern Water Treatment Plant, Woleebee Creek 4419. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will lead and support the maintenance team at the QGC Water Treatment Facility, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

What you'll be responsible for

• Establishing and managing maintenance programs and safety procedures for all maintenance activities
• Maximising the life cycle, serviceability, and availability of equipment through effective maintenance management
• Monitoring maintenance costs and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and strengthening key internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Driving a Safety first work culture that ensures an incident and injury free work environment
• Maintaining accurate and consistent maintenance records for all plant and equipment using Veolia's CMMS system

What you'll need to be successful
