Job summary

MACA is seeking a permanent Maintenance Supervisor for the Beebyn-W11 project on a FIFO roster. The role demands leadership of a mobile maintenance team across mining operations and ensuring high equipment uptime.

Based in Western Australia, you will work an 8/6 or 7/7 roster, driving maintenance strategy, coordinating with the Maintenance Superintendent, and ensuring adherence to safety standards while supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair across the mobile fleet.
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Experience with CMMS - JDE advantageous.
• Hold a current WA driver's licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Job description

MACA is seeking a permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join our Beebyn-W11 project on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6, 7/7 FIFO (DS:NS) roster.

The Beebyn-W11 iron ore mine, owned by Fenix Resources, is located 20km from the Iron Ridge operation in the Mid-West region and is expected to produce 1.5 Mtpa.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Have extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet.
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
