Job summary

Emeco is expanding at Rolleston, located about 3½ hours from Rockhampton, and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join us as we establish a new site and team.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit crew where your experience and leadership are valued, with the opportunity to help shape the culture from the ground up. The role involves guiding maintenance across heavy mining equipment and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Australian recognised heavy diesel trade qualification.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills for large mining equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance across our fleet (CAT 777F Trucks, D10 Dozers, EX1200 Diggers, 16M Graders, 777 Watercart).
• Lead and support the crew in breakdown and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety standards.

About the Role

• Guide and plan maintenance across our fleet ofCAT 777F Trucks, D10 Dozers, EX1200 Diggers, 16M Graders and 777 Watercart
• Work with the crew across breakdown and preventative maintenance.
• Working autonomously while supporting the team and maintaining strong safety standards.
• Taking ownership of your work and accurately completing maintenance records.

What We're Looking For

• Australian recognised Heavy Diesel trade qualification and previous experience leading a team across mobile maintenance repairs
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across large-scale mining equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership of your work.
• Safety-first mindset with a strong focus on quality workmanship and teamwork.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check.
