Job summary

Emeco is expanding at Rolleston, located about 3½ hours from Rockhampton, and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join us as we establish a new site and team. You’ll join a tight-knit crew where your experience and leadership are valued, with the opportunity to shape culture from the ground up and oversee maintenance across our heavy equipment fleet.

Emeco offers a 7/7 Day Shift roster, a 5k Refer a Mate bonus, accommodation and meals, and strong career development

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Heavy Diesel trade qualification and leadership experience.
• Experience leading a mobile maintenance team across heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills on large mining equipment.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance across fleet (CAT 777F, D10, EX1200, 16M, 777 Watercart).
• Manage breakdown and preventative maintenance with the crew.
• Work autonomously while supporting the team and maintaining safety standards.
• Own maintenance records and ensure accurate documentation.

About the Role

• Guide and plan maintenance across our fleet ofCAT 777F Trucks, D10 Dozers, EX1200 Diggers, 16M Graders and 777 Watercart
• Work with the crew across breakdown and preventative maintenance.
• Working autonomously while supporting the team and maintaining strong safety standards.
• Taking ownership of your work and accurately completing maintenance records.

What We're Looking For

• Australian recognised Heavy Diesel trade qualification and previous experience leading a team across mobile maintenance repairs
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across large-scale mining equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership of your work.
• Safety-first mindset with a strong focus on quality workmanship and teamwork.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check.
