Job summary

Ace Plumbing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support our Canberra operations. As the lead maintenance plumber, you will manage fieldwork across commercial strata and real estate sites, while supporting the Operations Manager with higher level tasks when needed.

You will coordinate scheduling, quote preparation, client communication, and invoice processing. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to delivering quality plumbing and customer service across

Responsibilities

Ace Plumbing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support our growing operations across Canberra. This is the ideal role for an experienced maintenance plumber with strata and real estate plumbing experience seeking to develop their career and have more responsibility and variety in their day to day.

In this role, you will be working primarily in commercial maintenance where every day is different, and you will have the opportunity to develop and showcase your expertise and problem solving skills. As the lead maintenance plumber, you will primarily be on the field however you will also support the Operations Manager with higher level tasks as required and step into their role during times of leave or when demand requires such where will include (but are not limited to):

• Stepping in as the point of contact for the business; including taking new enquiries, site visits, preparing quotes and providing excellent customer service;
• Coordinating and scheduling plumbing jobs/projects;
• Overseeing and helping grow a team of plumbers, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction;
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients;
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing daily updates regarding their jobs;
• Issuing invoices and preparing client reports in a timely manner.

The role requires outstanding maintenance plumbing skills with a strong focus on driving and delivering exemplary customer service to our valued clients primarily in strata and real estate.

The Maintenance Supervisor must be a dedicated leader who displays strong leadership, communication and organisation skills, as well as having excellent problem solving abilities to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of the highest quality plumbing across all maintenance projects.
