Ace Plumbing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support our Canberra operations. As the lead maintenance plumber, you will manage fieldwork across commercial strata and real estate sites, while supporting the Operations Manager with higher level tasks when needed.

You will coordinate scheduling, quote preparation, client communication, and invoice processing. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to delivering quality plumbing and customer service across

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance plumber in strata/real estate environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a team of plumbers.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take inquiries, visit sites, prepare quotes and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and schedule plumbing jobs and projects.
• Oversee and help grow a team of plumbers with quality control and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
• Issue invoices and prepare client reports in a timely manner.
