Job summary

Seek is seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Plumber in Canberra to deliver maintenance and fault-finding across residential sites. You will manage blocked drains, jet blasting, CCTV inspections and repairs to water systems while ensuring high-standard workmanship and clear communication with customers.

Ideal candidates hold Certificate III in Plumbing or ACT Licences, with proven residential experience, a current driver license, White Card and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Plumbing and/or ACT Licences required.
• Residential maintenance plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing maintenance and fault-finding.
• Handle blocked drains, jet blasting and CCTV inspections.
• Repair leaks, fixtures and hot-water systems.
• Provide emergency and reactive maintenance as needed.
• Explain findings clearly and complete approved work to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential plumbing maintenance and fault-finding

• Blocked drains, jet blasting and CCTV inspections

• Water leaks, fixtures and hot-water systems

• Emergency and reactive plumbing maintenance

• Diagnosing faults and clearly explaining your findings

• Completing approved work to a high professional standard

• Maintaining accurate job documentation and photographs

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience

Earnings, Equipment & Support

• $55–$70 per hour + super, based on experience
