Job summary

MMG’s Dugald River mine near Mount Isa in Queensland seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead mobile maintenance teams, ensure safe planning and scheduling, and deliver reliability-focused maintenance outcomes. The role reports to the maintenance superintendent and supports site deliverable targets with cost-effective execution.

You will drive adherence to HSEC standards, coordinate resource engagement, and push continuous improvement via the change management process.

Qualifications

• Must hold Mechanical or Auto Electrical Trade qualification.
• At least 2 years of mobile maintenance leadership in underground operations.
• Experience leading trades across mechanical, auto electrical and fabrication.
• Solid understanding of reliability processes for mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead in the delivery of key safety and operational targets (KPI's).
• When required, assume the accountabilities of the Supervisor for roster and leave coverage.
• Ensure the work teams are adhering to a Mobile Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Framework for delivery of maintenance activities.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement through our change management process.
