Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a growing mining organisation to recruit experienced Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Superintendents and Maintenance Supervisors for surface mobile equipment

Permanent roles with rosters and a company vehicle for relevant positions, offering opportunities to influence maintenance strategy and culture across Mackay, Rockhampton and beyond.

Qualifications

• Led large mobile maintenance teams in a mining environment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment and maintenance practices.
• Track record of improving safety, reliability and maintenance performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; holds teams to account.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to hold people accountable while developing those around you
