Working Monday to Friday, you’ll play an important role in helping keep our community running smoothly and ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment.
In this role, you’ll assist with the general maintenance of buildings, equipment and outdoor areas, as well as responding to day-to-day maintenance needs around the community.
We’re looking for someone withpractical, hands-on experience rather than formal trade qualifications. This is not a specialist trade position, but a role suited to someone who is practical, proactive, reliable and takes pride in their work.
