Job summary

Respect Group Limited in Gracemere, Queensland, is seeking a Casual Cleaning Services Assistant to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff in our aged care facility.

You'll clean resident rooms, shared areas, and facilities, follow infection control standards, and work across a rotating roster, including weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided, with salary packaging benefits available.

• Dispose of waste and manage linen in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines
• Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures to maintain high-quality standards

About the Role:

As a Cleaning Services Assistant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Working within a residential aged care setting, you’ll be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, shared areas, and facilities while upholding high standards of hygiene and infection control.

This is a Casual opportunity and requires a reliable team member who is flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends where required. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a positive, home-like environment.
