Job summary

Vopak Terminals Australia is seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to own planning, reliability, and maintenance scheduling for the Darwin terminal. You will translate engineering strategy into actionable work packs and coordinate across Operations and Ports.

The role requires experience in high-hazard environments, familiarity with API standards, CMMS/ME2, spares planning, and leadership in the field. You’ll drive asset uptime and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance for industrial plants.
• t requires strong organizational skills and risk awareness.
• Knowledge of API 653/510/570 and Australian standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive work packs, develop task risk assessments, prioritize backlogs and schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Lead asset reliability initiatives including RCA, condition monitoring, and inspections aligned with standards.
