Job summary

Vopak Darwin Terminal is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to take end-to-end ownership of planning, reliability, and maintenance scheduling. You will drive asset integrity and optimize work orders in a high-hazard industrial environment at Darwin, balancing safety and uptime in collaboration with operations and external partners.

You will lead maintenance planning, develop risk-based work packs, supervise field tasks when needed, and improve spares and CMMS processes to ensure reliable

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in process industries.
• Knowledge of asset integrity principles and reliability improvements.
• Experience with CMMS/ME2 or similar maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive work packs and risk assessments for maintenance.
• Prioritize backlogs and coordinate with Operations to minimize disruption.
• Lead contractor relationships and supervise in the field when needed.
• Manage spares registers and procurement alignment to avoid downtime.
• Champion CMMS/ME2 systems, tracking work orders and budgets.
