Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support our Brendale manufacturing operation. This hands-on role collaborates with maintenance, production, engineering, contractors, and suppliers to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will develop preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance plans across the site, ensuring plans are properly planned, scheduled, resourced, and executed while driving continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Maintenance Planner role within manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience developing and managing preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance plans.
• Strong understanding of maintenance performance metrics and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise maintenance plans and schedules to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance work by planning labour, contractors, materials, tooling, permits, and spares.
• Lead major plant shutdowns, capital works, and commissioning activities while maintaining operational continuity.
• Manage SAP maintenance systems, asset registers, work orders, spares, and maintenance strategies.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze maintenance data to drive continuous improvement.
