Job summary
G & V Capital Pty Ltd t/a MTM Industrial Cleaning Solutions in Bellevue, WA 6056 (Australia) has a full‑time Maintenance Planner role. You will develop maintenance plans for mechanical equipment, coordinate labour and contractors, and analyse performance data to support preventive strategies.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering or Science and at least 1 year of related experience, with CMMS experience preferred. Monday–Thursday 7am–3:30pm, Friday 7am–1:30pm in a full‑time role.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance planning experience.
- Experience with CMMS software.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools and contractors for maintenance.
- Analyse equipment data to support preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Prepare job plans, work instructions, and maintenance records.
- Monitor maintenance work to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget.
- Maintain CMMS records of maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with engineers and operations to minimise downtime.
