G & V Capital Pty Ltd t/a MTM Industrial Cleaning Solutions in Bellevue, WA 6056 (Australia) has a full‑time Maintenance Planner role. You will develop maintenance plans for mechanical equipment, coordinate labour and contractors, and analyse performance data to support preventive strategies.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering or Science and at least 1 year of related experience, with CMMS experience preferred. Monday–Thursday 7am–3:30pm, Friday 7am–1:30pm in a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance planning experience.
• Experience with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate labour, materials, tools and contractors for maintenance.
• Analyse equipment data to support preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Prepare job plans, work instructions, and maintenance records.
• Monitor maintenance work to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget.

We are seeking dynamic, creative and career-focused individuals to join our esteemed Company to provide exceptional support and service. This position will provide effective support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks. This role is full time, and the working hours are | Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.30pm, Friday 7am - 1.30pm.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipment and systems.
• Coordinating labour, materials, tools, and external contractors required for maintenance activities.
• Analysing equipment performance data to support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Preparing job plans, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitoring maintenance execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Assisting in troubleshooting equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaising with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize production.
