Job summary

Allied Pinnacle Pty in Kensington (VIC) seeks a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule maintenance with internal trades and external contractors, ensuring reliable plant operation. You’ll collaborate with production teams, electricians and fitters, prioritise tasks, and maintain thorough maintenance records at a site-based Kensington facility. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Manager and emphasizes GMP and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance role with planning experience.
• Hands-on CMMS experience, including MEX PM.
• Food manufacturing experience desirable.
• Strong organisation and time management with multitasking.
• Clear written and verbal communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work in the CMMS.
• Coordinate labour and resources around production plans.
• Scope repair, preventative and design-out work and develop cost/time estimates.
• Raise work orders and allocate tasks to trades, prioritising workloads.
• Write maintenance procedures to promote reliability and quality.
• Maintain maintenance history, records and reports for management.
• Assist contractor management on site, including inductions and permits.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, food safety, environmental and WHS requirements are met.
