Job summary

Noumi is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering team. You will coordinate maintenance planning across the site, ensuring safe, reliable operations and well-planned shutdowns to minimize disruptions.

You'll drive preventative and corrective maintenance, manage statutory compliance, and work with trades and external contractors to deliver improvements. FMCG experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a reliability-focused role within manufacturing.
• Experience using MEX or similar CMMS systems.
• Experience managing maintenance stores and spare parts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating external contractors is advantageous.
• Previous FMCG experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance work schedules to balance safety, production, quality and logistics.
• Plan routine preventative and corrective maintenance, plus statutory activities and major overhauls.
• Drive accurate maintenance data in the CMMS and ensure system information is up to date.
• Coordinate parts availability for planned maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Trades to identify process improvements and corrective actions.
• Coordinate servicing and engagement of external contractors for specialist tasks.
