Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Muja Power Station site. You will plan and coordinate maintenance activities ensuring safe execution and efficient scheduling.

This role suits an experienced Maintenance Planner or a trade-qualified mechanical professional transitioning into planning, with training and development support provided. Permanent, office-based with 4:3 roster and ongoing career development opportunities.

Job description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Maintenance Planner to join our team based at Muja Power Station. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure work is safely executed, efficiently scheduled, and ready for delivery.

This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Planner or a trade-qualified Mechanical professional looking to transition into planning. Training and development support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance and shutdown schedules
• Coordinate labour, materials, tooling and equipment requirements
• Build planning packages from work orders and job scopes
• Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to prioritise work
• Monitor schedule progress and manage risks and delays
• Support shutdowns, outages and project activities
• Maintain planning data within SAP/CMMS systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Mechanical trade qualification highly regarded
• Maintenance planning/scheduling experience or keen to develop in planning
• SAP or CMMS experience advantageous
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
