Glencore Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for Ulan Surface Operations. You will report to the Maintenance Superintendent and lead safe maintenance execution across CHPP and surface processes.

The role covers development of standards, procedures, and maintenance strategies, with a focus on budget, plant availability, and cost management. Key duties include coordinating planned maintenance, risk-based inspections, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Utilise the maintenance management system to facilitate safe execution of planned and unplanned maintenance.

• Develop and maintain maintenance strategies for assets within area of responsibility.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance to meet budget, forecast, and plant availability.
• Provide input to annual budgets and monthly cost reforecast.
