Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Defence & Social Infrastructure contract, based at Irwin Barracks, Karrakatta WA. You’ll take end to end ownership of maintenance planning activities, including planning, scheduling and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance works, and managing data through SAP while liaising with Defence representatives to meet operational requirements.

Job description

Ventia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Defence & Social Infrastructure contract, based at Irwin Barracks, Karrakatta WA. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities across Defence facilities, working within established frameworks while continuously improving how work is delivered.

This is a stable, long-term role offering genuine work–life balance, flexibility, and the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

The role

You’ll take end to end ownership of maintenance planning activities, including:

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance works
• Managing work orders, parts, and maintenance data through SAP (ERP/EAM)
• Working closely with site teams and Defence representatives to meet operational requirements
• Monitoring performance, reporting on outcomes, and identifying planning improvements
