Job summary

Ventia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Projects Manager in Fremantle, WA. This permanent, full-time role supports the delivery of programmed maintenance, technical services and minor works under the Department of Transport & Major Infrastructure contract.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, supervise teams and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and KPI reporting. The role offers a salary package of $165,000 inclusive of Super and a tool of trade vehicle, with strong career

• Experience as a Project Manager in maintenance, facilities, construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, minor projects, employees and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, risk management and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• A commitment to safety, teamwork and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Maintenance Projects Manager Ventia Fremantle, WA, AU

About the Role

Ventia have a new position available for an experienced Maintenance Projects Manager to support the delivery of programmed maintenance, technical services and minor works under the Department of Transport & Major Infrastructure contract based in Fremantle, WA.

Reporting to the Maintenance Services Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supervising teams and subcontractors, managing project delivery, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This position also provides an excellent pathway for career progression into a senior maintenance leadership role.

This is a Permanent full-time position paying a salary package of $165,000 inclusive of Super + Tool of trade vehicle.

As the Maintenance Projects Manager, you will:
