Amana Living is seeking a Maintenance Officer in Perth, WA, for a permanent full-time role (7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday) with a company vehicle. You will maintain facilities, coordinate with tradespeople and ensure safety standards for residents, staff and visitors.

The role requires experience in maintenance, a Class C driver's licence, and strong organisational skills. Aged care experience is preferred; the position offers security and progression within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in aged care.
• Current C class driver's licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Review and prioritise maintenance requests, complete repairs and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards and address issues.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and procure materials to improve efficiency.
• Update maintenance systems, complete reports and raise work orders as required.
• Liaise with contractors and managers to coordinate maintenance activities and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, policies and procedures.
