Lutheran Services Australia seeks a hands-on Maintenance Officer to care for Immanuel Gardens Aged Care facilities in Buderim. The role covers day-to-day upkeep of buildings, gardens and grounds, ensuring safety, tidiness and a welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Work is full time, Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, located on-site in Buderim. Remuneration is $31.11 per hour plus super, with salary packaging and staff discounts and benefits.

Formación

• Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules.
• A team player with a proactive attitude, proven ability to demonstrate a customer service focus.
• Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid open Queensland Driver’s Licence

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our Immanuel Gardens Aged Care team, who is committed to maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair work.

Location: Buderime - QLD

Role Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 7.30 am - 3.30 pm

Remuneration: $31.11 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits

About The Role
