Job summary

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is seeking a Park Operations Attendant to join our award-winning team on the Gold Coast. You will provide warm, friendly service to guests and support daily operations across housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in a hands-on park operations role, a current manual driver's license, and the ability to assist guests with caravan parking. A Blue Card is required or able to be obtained.

Qualifications

• To be able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children).
• Be able to assist guests in reversing a caravan on to tight sites.
• Open (manual) driver's license.
• Experience in a similar hands-on property park operations and maintenance role.
• Minimum 6-12 months experience in property park operations and maintenance required.
• A polite and friendly nature with a can-do attitude to deal with guest enquires.
• Great time management and attention to detail.
• Effective problem resolutions.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, school holidays.
