Job summary

Belgravia Group in Queensland is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Guest Services Officer for Ocean Beach Tourist Park on the Gold Coast. You will greet guests face-to-face and on the phone, deliver outstanding service, and assist with administrative and cleaning tasks.

The role requires a friendly, professional telephone manner, experience with booking systems (RMS is a plus), cash handling, and a willingness to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Current CPR is required to be on onboarding.
• National Police Check clearance is required on onboarding.
• Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent is required on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests face to face and over the phone.
• Assist with administrative and cleaning tasks as part of the role.
• Report to the Park Manager on daily operations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth guest experiences.

An exciting opportunity to work in a holiday park in the beautiful coast in the City of Gold Coast, Queensland.

The Role

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role ofGuest Services Officer at our Ocean Beach Tourist Park.

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.

Experience with RMS would be highly regarded.

About you

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service;
• Professional and personable telephone manner;
• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL

• Current CPR
• National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding
• Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent

DESIRABLE

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experience preferredbut not necessary
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
