Job summary

MannaCare in Manningham is seeking a reliable Maintenance Officer to join the residential maintenance team on a casual basis, with the potential for the role to transition to a permanent position. You will support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, grounds, equipment and infrastructure, ensuring a safe, comfortable and well-presented environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• A relevant trade qualification or more than 5 years’ experience in commercial or aged care facility maintenance.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Current NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the city of Manningham.

About the Role
