Job summary

Stellar Recruitment has been engaged by a major mining house to identify Mobile Maintenance Supervisors across Australia. This role leads a maintenance crew with a 2/2 roster and national FIFO options, focusing on safety, people, planning, and keeping machines running reliably.

You will be responsible for leading maintenance teams, coordinating activities, and driving equipment availability across a large mining fleet, with strong support and clear career progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Lead a maintenance crew and drive safety-focused leadership.
• Ability to understand and service large mining equipment.
• Strong planning, organisational and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile maintenance crews to ensure high equipment availability.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
• Uphold safety standards and procedures across the site.
• Ensure timely and reliable return-to-work of machines.
