Job summary

Inghams Enterprises seeks a Maintenance Manager for our Feedmills at Wacol and Hemmant to oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring safe, continuous production and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of maintenance fitters and on-site contractors across multiple sites.

You will drive maintenance for hammer mills, pellet mills, mixers and grain handling systems, while coordinating contractors and improving processes to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Agricultural Engineering, or Trade qualification.
• Experience leading teams in a maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of feed mill equipment: hammer mills, pellet mills, mixers, and grain handling systems.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs and process control instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive team-building and lead maintenance fitters and on-site contractors.
• Oversee maintenance of feed manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain grain handling systems and silo infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with feed, council and safety regulations.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site contractors to meet regulatory requirements.
