Wire Industries Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance activities and support safe, efficient operation of equipment and facilities on site in Brisbane. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead maintenance technicians and contractors, coordinate daily priorities and drive improvements that reduce downtime and support production performance.

• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical or related field.
• Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
• Proven knowledge of steel reinforcement machinery.
• Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and support maintenance technicians and contractors, setting clear priorities and monitoring work quality and completion.
• Plan and coordinate preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance to minimise disruption to production.
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules, ensuring tasks are completed safely, effectively and on time.
• Lead toolbox talks and team meetings, providing regular feedback and promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Work closely with the Safety team on inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability, maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
