JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team of Mechanical Fitters and Electricians, ensuring safe, reliable operation of critical production equipment at our Queensland facility.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will drive preventative maintenance, coordinate breakdown response, and coach tradespeople to build capability, while maintaining food safety and site compliance.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment reliability and preventative maintenance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate breakdown response and fault-finding activities.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability and asset longevity.
• Coach and develop tradespeople and apprentices.
