Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise maintenance planning, scheduling and delivery across housing and facilities portfolios.
• Triage work requests to meet business requirements and safety standards.
• Administer CMMS to track work and forecast expenditure; analyse data for cost savings.
• Develop clear work scopes with trades for parts and services; ensure smooth operation of critical infrastructure.
• Oversee contractor delivery from tender through handover, ensuring value for money and compliance.
