Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking a Maintenance Lead - Facilities in Cooma to drive maturity in maintenance planning and delivery. You will lead coordination across housing, office facilities, and township assets, aiming for safe, efficient operations and data-driven improvements.

The role requires managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing contractors, and ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture. Hybrid working with some on-site presence in Cooma is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or asset management within heavy industry or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven ability using CMMS platforms for scheduling, planning, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of regulatory maintenance requirements and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise planning, scheduling, and safe delivery of maintenance coordination activities.
• Oversee contractor delivery from tender through handover and inspections.
• Triage work requests to meet safety and business requirements.
• Manage CMMS (Ellipse) to track work and forecast expenditure; analyse data to improve plans and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain workplace safety.
