Job summary

Clough Ltd. supports the Future Generation Joint Venture on Snowy 2.0, a major pumped hydro scheme in the Snowy Mountains NSW. We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate the facilities management program, plan maintenance activities in SAP, and manage contract service providers on site.

You will develop timelines and budgets, coach maintenance staff, and ensure compliance with WHS standards while delivering reliable, safe, and on-time maintenance across the site's essential services.

Qualifications

• White Card is required and C Class Driver’s License is preferred.
• Trade related qualifications are necessary for the role.
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and SAP for maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Administer planned maintenance in SAP.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and policies.
• Coach maintenance staff in best practice methods.
• Develop and manage maintenance KPIs.
• Plan line maintenance activities and ensure material availability.
• Schedule PMP & RMP and monitor effectiveness.
