Blackbook Executive is recruiting multiple Maintenance Fitters for a large food manufacturing and processing operation in the Kilcoy region. Roles include both day and night shifts on a 5 on/4 off or 4 on/5 off roster, with strong overtime rates.

You’ll join a sizable maintenance team responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across a 24/7 facility. Experience with pumps and meat processing equipment and a safety-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, meat processing or industrial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Safety-focused attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Q Fever vaccinated or willing to obtain.

Maintenance Fitter | Day & Night Shift
Blackbook Executive is recruiting multiple Maintenance Fitters for a large food manufacturing and processing operation in the Kilcoy region. With continued growth and investment across the site, we are seeking experienced tradespeople for both day and night shift teams.

What’s On Offer?

• Day Shift: $48.28/hr
• Night Shift: $56.08/hr
• 4:00am - 4:00pm or 4:00am - 4:00pm
• 5 on, 4 off / 4 on, 5 off roster
• True time-and-a-half for the first 2 hours overtime
• True double time thereafter

The Role
Working within a maintenance team of more than 70 trades professionals, you’ll be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across a large-scale 24/7 processing facility.
