Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a leading FMCG manufacturer on a permanent night shift. The role offers a salary of $125,000 per year plus Super and long-term stability in a safety-focused team.

You will be trained on day shift before transitioning to nights to ensure a smooth start and ongoing development. You will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production and packaging equipment, fault find mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems,

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• FMCG experience essential.
• Experience in food manufacturing, packaging or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong fault finding and breakdown maintenance experience.
• Exposure to high speed production and packaging machinery.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Full Australian working rights are essential.

Responsibilities
