Job summary

Nufarm is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join the Transformation team, based in Laverton North or Malaysia, with the opportunity to own and lead across global and regional initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Change Lead, you will lead change adoption across strategic transformation programs, design change strategies, build stakeholder engagement, drive organisational readiness and support adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across diverse functions and

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide change across large programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, and adoption planning.
• Hands-on leader with ability to coach sponsors and lead workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across strategic business transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver change strategies, stakeholder plans, communications and adoption activities.
• Assess impacts, manage risks, and improve organisational readiness.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to lead change and engage teams.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership alignment sessions globally.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Corporate Affairs to deliver learning solutions.
• Monitor readiness and adoption, using insights to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Nufarm's change capability and Community of Practice.

We'relooking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our Transformation team based in Laverton North or Malaysia, with the opportunity to own and lead across global and regional initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Change Lead and working closely with project sponsors, functional leaders and project teams, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the effective change adoption across Nufarm's strategic transformation programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful business outcomes who enjoys being hands on and rolling the sleeves up. You'll develop and execute change strategies, build stakeholder engagement, drive organisational readiness and support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across diverse business functions and geographies.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Lead change management activities across strategic business transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications and adoption activities aligned to the Nufarm Change Framework.
• Partner with project leaders, sponsors and business stakeholders to assess impacts, manage change risks and improve organisational readiness.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to effectively lead change and engage their teams throughout transformation journeys.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions and change forums across global and regional stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Learning & Development, Corporate Affairs and subject matter experts to deliver effective communication and learning solutions.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and change effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Nufarm's change capability, methodology and Community of Practice.

Could This Be You?

• You're an experienced change management professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and has a proven track record delivering successful organisational change across enterprise-wide programs with a hands on approach. You bring strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, learning and adoption planning.
• A trusted advisor to senior leaders, you're confident coaching sponsors, facilitating workshops and building alignment across diverse teams, functions and regions. You know how to create clarity, build readiness and help people successfully navigate change.
• You'll bring experience supporting large-scale business, digital, ERP, HRIS or supply chain transformations, along with excellent influencing skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approach. Relevant change management qualifications such as Proscior APMG will be highly regarded.
