Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a modern, semi-automated production facility in South-West Sydney. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines and parts, assist with upgrades and continuous improvement projects, and diagnose PLC faults to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a valid electrical license and at least 2 years in an FMCG environment, with a strong focus on safety, GMP compliance and teamwork with

• Valid electrical licence and minimum 2 years experience in a FMCG environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong focus on safety, GMP and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/ mechanical maintenance on machines and parts.
• Assist with machine upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults with PLC systems.
• Work closely alongside mechanical fitters and production team.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
