PETstock Bendigo Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a passionate team in delivering world-class customer service. You will contribute to a fun, inclusive culture and have opportunities for career growth within our retail operations team.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and ensure safety, stock integrity, and strong customer experiences across the store in Bendigo.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take the next step up in retail management.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and build high-performing teams while fostering a positive culture.
