Job summary

Gathercole's is seeking a Maintenance Boilermaker to join our growing meat processing facility in Melbourne. This role focuses on fabrication, maintenance, and hands-on improvements to keep operations running smoothly.

You will perform metal fabrication, preventative and breakdown maintenance, and work unsupervised in a team. A strong eye for detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Driver’s license required; forklift license is a plus and training may be provided.

We are a respectedsupplier of red meat products tolocal butcher shops and major Australian supermarkets.Our family company has been established for over 45 years and we are looking for an additional person with fabrication and maintenance experience to join our team.

This opportunity is there for someone who is self- motivated, dependable and has an eye for detail to assist with project work and preventative maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Metal fabrication for repair or replacement of required equipment

Day to day plant maintenance

Preventive, breakdown maintenance

Able to work unsupervised
