Job summary

Bespoke Property Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance / All Rounder to join our Sydney-based team on a full-time basis. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety and quality standards are met for our clients.

Based in Sydney Metro, you will inspect properties, carry out repairs, and coordinate with contractors while keeping detailed records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, handyperson work, or a related trade.
• Experience in at least two of: plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical works.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for multiple properties.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused service delivery.
• Knowledge of NSW safety standards and building regulations.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise multiple tasks.

• Perform routine maintenance across residential and commercial properties.

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.

Bespoke Property Solutions is seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance / All Rounder to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Sydney Metro, this role is fundamental to maintaining the quality and safety of our properties and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. As a Maintenance / All Rounder, you will be the backbone of our operations, responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the property. This position offers the opportunity to develop and utilise diverse technical skills whilst contributing directly to client satisfaction and property longevity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs across multiple residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring attention
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to property occupants
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including materials used and time spent on each task
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of building systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Assist with minor renovations, upgrades, and installations as required
• Liaise with contractors and service providers when specialist work is needed
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any deficiencies

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in maintenance, handyperson work, or a related trade within the property or facilities management sector
• Demonstrated ability in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical works
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Valid driver's licence and reliable access to transportation for travelling between multiple properties
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights where required
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and building regulations applicable to NSW properties
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple tasks
• A commitment to maintaining professional standards and presenting a positive image to clients
