Job summary

Flavorite is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to join our hybrid work team at the Tatura site. The role coordinates maintenance administration, safety, and continuous improvement, enabling the maintenance team to focus on on-ground operations.

Ideal candidates have CMMS and accounting software experience, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset. This role supports planning, budgeting, and reporting, with opportunities for growth within our sustainable produce business.

Qualifications

• Proficient with CMMS and accounting software; advanced MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance administration, operations, safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain CMMS data integrity, support preventive maintenance schedule, onboarding contractors, inventory.
• Assist with safety, incidents, PPE and OHS compliance.
• Support maintenance planning, budgeting, weekly reports, track labour hours, timesheets.
• Support stocktakes and goods receipt through SAP; maintain SWMS, risk assessments and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement using maintenance data.

About the role

This is a great hybrid opportunity for an organised, systems-savvy administrator to take on a pivotal support role within our Maintenance team - no maintenance industry experience is necessary!

This role suits someone who thrives on structure and process, enjoys working with data and systems, and wants to make a genuine impact on how a maintenance team runs day to day. The role involves taking ownership and coordination of various administrative, data and systems responsibilites - allowing the rest of the team to spend more time on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing

Based at our Tatura site (near Shepparton), you’ll play a critical coordination role across maintenance administration, operations, safety, and continuous improvement. Key areas include:

Maintenance Administration: Maintain CMMS (MEX) data integrity, support the preventative maintenance schedule, coordinate contractor onboarding and compliance, manage workshop inventory, and support spare parts procurement and purchasing.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Report hazards, incidents and injuries to keep the workplace safe, flag anything that could compromise food safety or production, ensure safe storage of chemical goods, and champion PPE and OHS compliance across the team.

Administration & Reporting: Support maintenance planning and budgeting, deliver weekly performance reports, track labour hours against forecast, validate timesheets, support stocktakes and goods receipting through SAP, and maintain SWMS, risk assessments, and SOPs.

Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using maintenance data to identify opportunities, support change management, and drive innovation across the department.

What You’ll Bring

Experience working in an administration role in a fast-paced environment.

Confident using CMMS and accounting software (or you are tech-savy and have used any similar or relevent software), with advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical and data-driven, with an agile, detail-oriented approach to work.

Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
