Job summary

M&T Resources is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer for a large-scale federal government program in Brisbane. You will work across the full software lifecycle, delivering enhancements and maintenance of complex enterprise applications.

Required is Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with a focus on collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Mainframe environment with COBOL, Adabas Natural or similar tech.
• Ability to analyse, design, develop, test and maintain enterprise software.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience supporting release and deployment activities.
• Experience in large-scale government or enterprise environments is desirable.
