Job summary

Makibe Australia Pty Ltd in Minto NSW is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role supports daily production, ensuring quality output and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will load/unload materials, document production data, report malfunctions and work with the team to meet daily targets. Forklift licence is an advantage; training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, quality output.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Document production data, including material usage, machine downtime, and quality issues.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.
