On Line Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator in South Nowra to join a dynamic production team. The role is initially casual with potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Daily duties include operating machinery, following schedules, and ensuring safety and quality. We offer a Monday–Friday roster with weekly pay and ongoing agency support to help you settle in and grow.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing operation in South Nowra.

This role will involve operating manufacturing machinery in line with daily production requirements and following established safety and quality procedures.

The position is initially offered on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to full-time employment for the right person.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is desirable
• Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential
• Current Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights
