Job summary

Brownes Dairy in Balcatta, WA is seeking experienced Packing/Machine Operators for a full-time permanent role. You will operate and monitor processing and filling equipment, adjusting parameters to ensure product consistency and quality.

The Position

We are seeking experienced Packing/Machine Operators preferably within the food manufacturing industry. You will operate and monitor processing equipment and filling machines. This is a hands‑on technical role which will require you to adjust process parameters to maintain product consistency and perform in‑process quality checks to ensure compliance with production specifications.

Essential Experience

• Technical Skills: Previous experience working with processing equipment, automation systems, and quality control principles.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift to 25 kg, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Availability to work day and night shifts

Desirable Experience

• Minimum one year of relevant experience - working in the food processing industry with automation systems, and quality control principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret production data, troubleshoot process deviations, and take corrective actions.
• Previous experience working with CITECT SCADA.
