Job summary

Brownes Dairy invites applications for an Inventory Manager to lead governance, optimisation and control of inventory across our manufacturing, warehousing and third‑party storage operations. This permanent full‑time role supports production and customer demand while minimising working capital, waste, and maintaining high inventory accuracy.

Based locally in Balcatta, WA with onsite parking, the role requires strong ERP experience and advanced Excel, with Power BI exposure highly regarded to

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP systems (E1/JDE preferred).
• Background leading inventory in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI exposure highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Governance: Policies, Standards, Record keeping and compliance
• Planning and Optimisation: Strategy, Inventory Management, slotting and pick paths
• Warehouse Inventory Operations: Manage cycle counts, reconciliations and adjustments
• S&OP Integration: Reporting, Supply Reviews, Identification of constraint scenarios
• Waste Reduction: Drive reduction in waste and dumps

The RoleThe Inventory Manager is responsible for leading our inventory governance, optimisation and control across our manufacturing, warehousing and third-party storage operations. This role is key to supporting our Production teams and our Customer Demand, whilst continuing to minimise working capital, waste reduction and to ensure that the highest standards of inventory accuracy are maintained.

Australia - WA Perth Northern Suburbs & Joondalup

• Inventory Governance: Policies, Standards, Record keeping and compliance
• Planning and Optimisation: Strategy, Inventory Management, slotting and pick paths and best practice initiatives
• Warehouse Inventory Operations: Manage cycle counts, reconciliations and adjustments
• S&OP Integration: Reporting, Supply Reviews, Identification of constraint scenarios
• Waste Reduction: Drive reduction in waste and dumps

• Experience in ERP systems (E1 JDE is preferred)
• A background of leading inventory in FMCG or Manufacturing
• Diploma level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar
• Advanced level skills in Excel with exposure to Power BI being highly regarded
