About the Role

We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team in multiple production roles at our facility in Kenilworth, QLD 4574. These positions include Maker/Pasteuriser, Production Crew, and a Delivery Driver (MR licence) and are essential to our daily operations, supporting the assembly and processing of dairy products that meet our quality standards. If you have previous experience or willing to learn, we welcome candidates who demonstrate commitment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with established safety protocols and operational procedures

Monitoring product quality throughout the production process and reporting any issues to supervisors

Preparing and assembling products for packaging, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with dairy industry standards

Supporting other team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets

Following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and adhering to company policies

Assisting with loading, unloading and organising materials and finished products

Reporting equipment faults or safety concerns immediately to management

Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to commit to casual shifts as required

Physical capability to perform standing work and handle materials throughout shifts

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene

Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced production environment

Previous production, manufacturing or assembly experience (desirable but not essential)
