Programmed is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our client in Pinkenba. This is a permanent pathway with ongoing, full-time hours and a temp-to-perm opportunity.

You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform quality checks, load/unload materials, and work on rotating shifts. A forklift licence is highly regarded and on-site training may be available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Current forklift licence (highly regarded).
• Experience operating large forklifts or heavy machinery (advantageous).
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transport and attendance.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Our client is a leading manufacturer within the building materials industry and is currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join their team based in Pinkenba.

About the Role

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Conducting quality checks and inspections
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating 9-tonne Linde forklifts
• Assisting with material handling and production processes
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following site safety procedures and production schedules

Roster

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1 - Day Shift
• Week 2 - Night Shift
• Week 3 - Afternoon Shift

Candidates must be available to work all shifts as part of the roster rotation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Current forklift licence (highly regarded)
• Experience operating large forklifts or heavy machinery (advantageous)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transport and attendance
