Job summary

Programmed is seeking a reliable, motivated Machine Operator to join our Carole Park manufacturing site on a casual basis. This is an entry level role with full on-the-job training provided.

You will feed cardboard through machines, stack and wrap finished products, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Day or afternoon shifts available with a supportive team and opportunities to develop manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
• Reliable transport arrangements; own vehicle preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling.
• Training will be provided for machine operation.

Machine Operator - Entry Level |Carole Park, QLD

Pay Rate:

• Day Shift: $35+
• Afternoon Shift: $42.49

Location: Carole Park, QLD

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturing facility in Carole Park.

Shift Schedule

Day shift

• Monday to Thursday - 06:30AM to 15:00PM
• Friday: 07:00AM to 12:30PM

Afternoon shift

• Monday to Thursday - 14:55PM to 23:30PM
• Friday: 12:30PM to 18:00PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Feeding cardboard through machines
• Stacking and wrapping finished products
• Manual handling and repetitive physical tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Learning to troubleshoot machines with full on-the-job training provided

Essential Requirements

• Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
